A disastrous experience.
The bike derailed three times in three hours, making the ride impossible. We ended up covered in grease, with a bike riddled with cobwebs, clearly not serviced.
To make matters worse, the organization was appalling: the rental shop is a 20-minute walk from the port, no shuttle service is provided, and no one answers the phone—not even at the scheduled pick-up time, because they're on their lunch break. Zero follow-up, zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs.
